Ms. Nekesha L. Batty is a California native who attended California State University, Sacramento where she obtained her Bachelor of Science in Criminal Justice. She then obtained her Juris Doctorate from the University of California, Berkeley School of Law (Boalt Hall). While in law school, Ms. Batty clerked at several district attorney’s offices, including the district attorney’s offices of San Francisco, Alameda, and Santa Clara County.
After law school, Ms. Batty went on to work in the field of tax debt resolution and bankruptcy. Ms. Batty’s work at other tax debt resolution and bankruptcy firms has given her the knowledge, experience, and confidence that clients should look for when hiring an attorney. She attended well over 200 hundred hearings before trustees and federal judges, has the compassion and patience necessary to handle such delicate matters, and is committed to bringing together all of her past experiences to offer clients a complete debt resolution solution in a professional and friendly matter.
Outside of the office, Ms. Batty can be found playing tennis, reading, or taking her dog, Trip, to the dog park on sunny days.
